Come and enjoy horseshoes, hiking, Frisbee golf, ping-pong, archery, football, soccer, volleyball, and mushball at The Pines. Fishing and boating at nearby Pinecrest Lake (and other lakes and rivers) is available. You can enjoy snow fun at The Pines, tubing and sledding at Leeland Meadows and Strawberry, and skiing at Dodge Ridge.

Whispering Pines is available for rental by small and large groups, families, churches, businesses, civic groups, and other organizations.

Affordable group packages and discounted rates (November and December) are available.

Our 6,000 square foot facility has two comfortable adjoining lodges (total sleeping capacity for 90 guests), with a fireside lounge, large meeting room, seasonally covered back patio with picnic tables, and fully staffed kitchen.

Whispering Pines is situated on 46 acres of breathtaking wilderness in the Sierra Nevada Mountains (elevation 4,800 feet).

Our full-service year-round facility is located in Mi Wuk Village about 64 miles east of Modesto and 14 miles east of Sonora.
